Over the years, we’ve come across (and been introduced to) so many great websites, books, podcasts, and social media pages that have made a real difference for us. It can be overwhelming to know where to start or figure out what’s actually trustworthy, so we’ve put together a list of some of our favorite resources.     A beautiful story about accepting yourself just the way you are.

    A story in which a mother tells her two kids that they are connected by an invisible string. Really helpful for anxious kiddos!
  • ABC Yoga by Christian Engel.
    An awesome picture book for regulating through yoga.

    This book teaches kids to trust their instincts and to listen to the messages that this body is sending them.
